Welcome to our home in a quiet neighborhood that provides all the comforts and amenities of your home. Relax in your private pool (w/optional heating) surrounded by palms and a spacious covered patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Enjoy outdoor living with the large turf area, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and fire table. Conveniently located close to all that Arizona has to offer--hiking, sports (spring training, football, PIR, hockey, golf), Lake Pleasant, and Westgate Entertainment District.

The large and open kitchen is fully stocked including coffee and a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, large griddle, dishware, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, blender, and more. There are additional Smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom (with your own subscriptions). Ceiling fans complete each room, along with, plenty of closet space and dressers. Please Note: ***Parties and large groups or gatherings are strictly prohibited.*** Please limit guests to those listed on the reservation. **IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - ONCE YOU BOOK YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU'VE READ AND WILL FOLLOW ALL RULES.** 1. SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME! SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY. PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR TRASH PROPERLY. 2. POOL AND SWIMMING: Pool Heater is not to be used unless it has been pre-arranged with the hosts and daily fee is agreed to. If there is an issue with the pool or equipment, please contact us. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. 3. PETS: 1 Dog is allowed. Additional fees may apply. We are dog friendly to respectful pet owners. It is a quiet neighborhood—PLEASE CONTROL BARKING DOGS WHEN OUTDOORS. Please remember to clean up after your pet(s). If you do not, you will be charged from your security deposit for the additional clean up. 4. QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM: Please be respectful. Remember this is a home in a quiet neighborhood. It’s not a hotel or nightclub. We expect our guests to treat this home and our neighbors with respect. No Parties. No Fireworks. 5. AIR CONDITIONING: Please be mindful of the AC in the hot summer months. If you are leaving the property or outside swimming turning the AC to 80 is requested. Overrunning the AC during Arizona’s hot summer months will cause damage. For example: If you’re spending your day by the pool and it’s over 110, leave the AC at 80, I promise you it will feel nice and cool when you run in to use the bathroom. Desert heat is far different than the Midwest or East Coast. 6. REGISTERED GUESTS: Do not bring extra guests over the amount you booked. If you booked for 6, we plan for 6. If you plan on having any visitors at the property besides registered guests, please give us a heads up. 7. COOKING: Use the kitchen vent when using the stove. If the BBQ grill is used, please clean after use. If you run out of propane, please take a tank to swap. 8. GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Take all trash/recycling to outdoor bins. Garbage pick up is Tuesday. We do have a service that brings garbage down to the curb and back, however, feel free to do either if desired. 9. PARKING: Park in the driveway and garage when that is available. No overnight parking on the street allowed. 10. HOMEOWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES CAUSED ON THE PROPERTY.
