Welcome to your secluded, peaceful cabin nestled in the ponderosa pines with the convenience of Downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row less than 4 miles away. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood while watching plenty of wildlife from the 3 private decks that offer amazing views. Unwind with a beverage on the largest deck, cozy up to the fire table, or have a morning coffee on the upper level deck up in the trees. We allow dogs and many Prescott eateries have dog-friendly patios where you can dine together.

Good to know

There is a foosball table, cornhole boards, and shuffleboard located in the garage for some friendly competition. Make memories playing provided board games or unwind by streaming a movie or favorite show from Firestick and Chromecast. Play some X-box or use it to watch a DVD from our movie library. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities including coffee maker and coffee, 4-slice toaster, large electric griddle, pots and pans, dinnerware, silverware, blender, glasses, wine glasses, and crockpot. There is an outdoor Weber grill and grilling utensils. Enjoy the close location to famous Downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row with their unique and fun restaurants and shops, live music, and year-round events and festivals. Prescott is also home to the World’s Oldest Rodeo and numerous outdoor trails with the beauty of large granite boulders, lakes, mountains, and pines. While the cabin is easy to locate and drive to, please note it is located on a steep driveway and slightly steep walkway to the front door which is how you get those amazing views! House Rules

1. SMOKING: ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME! SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY. PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR TRASH PROPERLY and be fire safety conscious. We are in a Firewise neighborhood. 2. QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM: Please be respectful. Remember this is a home in a quiet ponderosa pine neighborhood. It’s not a hotel or nightclub. We expect our guests to treat this home and our neighbors with respect. No Parties. No Fireworks. 3. PETS: 1 dog allowed. Additional fees may apply. We are dog friendly to respectful pet owners. It is a quiet neighborhood—PLEASE CONTROL BARKING DOGS WHEN OUTDOORS. Please remember to clean up after your pet(s). There is not a fenced-in yard. 4. PARKING: Please note the driveway is steep and has narrow spots. Please take caution when driving in and out of the driveway. Best practice to navigate is to use the back-in area to turn around, so you are driving forward down the driveway versus backing down the driveway. Parking is available at the top of the driveway or the pull offs on the driveway. You may also park down on the street. 5. FIRES: There is an electric indoor fireplace, outdoor propane fire table, and a patio heater for use. **No wood fires allowed; we are in a Firewise neighborhood** 6. SEPTIC SYSTEM: This home has septic so the drains are sensitive. Only toilet paper and natural waste is flushed in the toilet. Anything else even if marked flushable should be tossed in the garbage. The kitchen does not have a garbage disposal; food, cooking oils & grease, coffee grounds, etc. should be tossed in the garbage. 7. REGISTERED GUESTS: Do not bring extra guests over the amount you booked. If you booked for 6, we plan for 6. If you plan on having any visitors at the property besides registered guests, please give us a heads up. 8. COOKING: Please use the kitchen vent when using the stove. If the BBQ grill is used, please clean after use. If you run out of propane, please take a tank to swap. *Kindly please refrain from eating in the bedrooms* 9. GARBAGE/RECYCLING: : Garbage & recycling are combined into one bin outside and is secured with a bungee cord to keep wildlife out. Garbage comes early Friday morning. We do have a service to bring the garbage to the end of the driveway and back, however, feel free to return the empty can after pickup. A spray bottle of ammonia is kept by the can for spraying to help keep critters away. 10. WILDLIFE: Please use common sense when viewing wildlife. Deer, javelina, wild turkeys, and skunks are common with a few sightings of mountain lions, and bears. **HOMEOWNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES CAUSED ON THE PROPERTY.

The house was roomy.. parents downstairs and kids upstairs. Kitchen had needed supplies for cooking. Laundry room was helpful. The wildlife was cool to see from the house. Close to grocery store. Just an FYI if you have a large vehicle the driveway is slightly steep and a little narrow so made it tricky parking and exiting.
